задачи
- Develop sales and build long-term customer relationships in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan;
- Identify new business opportunities and implement regional sales strategies;
- Set up sales quotations, contracts, and presentations for products;
- Negotiate offers including prices, delivery times, and other terms;
- Contribute to strategy development and reach short and medium-term strategic goals;
- Secure yearly sales and marketing targets with existing and potential customers;
- Identify upgrading opportunities in the field and coordinate resources to convert them into business;
- Maintain safety standards and share risk observations with the organization.
требования
- University degree in a technical and/or commercial field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with international Western European companies, preferably OEMs, combined with experience in the mining industry;
- Strong commercial background with experience in premium product sales, value-based selling, and customer relationship management;
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
- Confident PC user with good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/stock management systems;
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and a valid driving license;
- Target- and solution-oriented, able to work independently with high integrity and ethical standards.
