- Develop and expand the local orthopedic trauma market;
- Identify and develop new distributors and business opportunities;
- Promote orthopedic trauma products and drive sales growth;
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, surgeons, and key opinion leaders;
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information to support business strategy;
- Work closely with the international team to execute market development plans.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in the medical device industry;
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic products, especially trauma;
- Experience in sales, business development, or distributor management;
- Good understanding of the Kazakhstan orthopedic market;
- Fluent in English and Russian/Kazakh;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel.
