- Lead, coach, and develop a team of mid-market hunters focused on net-new logo acquisition;
- Set clear direction, priorities, and performance standards aligned to growth objectives;
- Drive pipeline quality, deal discipline, and predictable revenue outcomes;
- Coach sellers on account strategy, value-based selling, and executive-level conversations;
- Ensure strong forecast accuracy and execution rigor;
- Navigate and orchestrate internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, and partners;
- Strengthen and leverage the Microsoft relationship to unlock joint opportunities;
- Build a high-energy, accountable, and inclusive sales culture.
требования
- Proven experience managing hunter sales teams in B2B, technology, or consulting environments;
- Strong track record driving net-new revenue growth in the mid-market;
- Experience selling digital transformation and consulting services within the Microsoft ecosystem;
- Strong ability to coach sellers on value-based deals and C-suite engagement;
- Comfortable operating and influencing in a complex, matrix organization;
- Data-driven, disciplined, and accountable for results;
- Nice to have: Existing warm Microsoft relationship or network.
