- Lead and coach multiple country-based B2B sales teams to achieve regional revenue targets and high performance;
- Own the go-to-market strategy across the region, including team structure, lead allocation, and pipeline planning;
- Set ambitious KPIs tailored to corporate sales cycles;
- Acquire high-value corporate accounts to drive platform adoption and business expansion;
- Recruit and develop a high-performing, cross-country B2B sales organization;
- Identify growth blockers and implement scalable solutions;
- Lead entrepreneurial projects to test and expand new approaches to enterprise acquisition;
- Conduct key contract negotiations with enterprise clients;
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the B2B mobility space.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience leading B2B or enterprise sales teams, including performance management and coaching;
- Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor in digital marketplaces, mobility, or enterprise services;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple markets;
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing complex B2B pipelines and tracking team performance;
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership;
- Strong presentation and executive-level communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Willingness to travel frequently across multiple markets;
- Nice to have: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
