Sales director in hospitality

The Sales Director at Spark by Hilton in Tbilisi is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for the hotel. This position leads the development and execution of sales strategies, manages key corporate and leisure accounts, and identifies new business opportunities in local and regional markets.

• collaborates closely with the general manager and operations teams to optimize room and meeting space revenue, enhance the guest mix, and support promotional activities

• representing the hotel at industry events and networking activities

• Demonstrated skills in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity and convert insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
• Comfort working on-site in Tbilisi and engaging with local corporate, travel, and group segments.
