Sales director in food service

Art Lunch LLC operates under the “Art Lunch” brand of Ready Steady LTD, a leading food service company founded in January 2002. The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Yerevan, Armenia.

• leading and executing the sales strategy for Art Lunch LLC, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth across cafeteria and delivery channels.
• managing and coaching the sales team
• overseeing sales operations
• ensuring high-quality customer service standards.
• identify new business opportunities
• build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
• collaborate with operations and marketing to develop and implement sales initiatives.
• analyzing market trends
• preparing sales forecasts and reports
• contributing to strategic planning to strengthen the company’s market position.

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a professional business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced education is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Yerevan, Armenia, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
