Partner account manager for dating services

Our product portfolio includes Dating.com, Cupid Media, Dil Mil, and many others. The products are already used by more than 500 million users in 150 countries around the world. Currently, we have an opening for a Partner Account Manager (with a good level of English).

• Support partners and users: answering questions, training to work with the electronic system, consultations, conducting business correspondence and telephone conversations, and online conferences
• Develop the audience of the site (improving the quality of content through effective work with partners)
• Participate in the development of programs for partner companies aimed at improving the impact of their work
• Check activities of partners
• Track statistics of the effectiveness of users
• contract with new partners
• Analyze data and prepare reports

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - Upper Intermediate and higher (B2+)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
• Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Advanced user of Google Workspace

• Excellent experience for beginners
