Overseas market manager for construction equipment

We are looking for an Overseas Market Manager to develop and expand our business in overseas markets, with a focus on the CIS region. The successful candidate will be responsible for market analysis, product promotion, customer and distributor relations, and supporting export business development.

• Responsible for developing foreign markets and establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the field of power units for construction equipment, including foreign equipment manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
• Responsible for analyzing the product market, as well as for collecting, analyzing, and providing reports on product demand in the assigned region, and information on customers and competitors;
• Participates in marketing activities, such as international trade shows, online promotion, and customer visits, to promote products in foreign markets.
• Is responsible for providing service support for exported products to domestic manufacturers of core equipment, overseas KD assembly plants, or engineering projects of Chinese companies;
• Is responsible for the timely communication of information regarding foreign customers’ needs, product feedback, and market trends to the R&D, production, and technical support departments, as well as for jointly resolving issues related to customer needs and commercial aspects;
• Is responsible for providing service support for product repairs in overseas markets, as well as for training customers within the area of responsibility;
• Is responsible for submitting market quality reports to the representative office

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Degree in Internal Combustion Engines, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional experience in R&D, sales, or manufacturing processes related to internal combustion engines or mechanical engineering.
• Russian — native or fluent.
• Conversational Chinese sufficient for business communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Internet applications.
• Knowledge of the technical principles of internal combustion engines, new energy technologies, and related fields.
• Understanding of product structure and technical specifications, with the ability to analyze product competitiveness.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Management experience is not required.

• The total monthly compensation package, including the net salary and other applicable benefits/allowances, is USD 1,450 per month
