Operation manager in live streaming

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Account Manager to join our growing team in the live streaming and social entertainment industry.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with agencies, hosts, and streamers.
• Recruit, onboard, and support hosts to grow successfully on the platform.
• Monitor agency and host performance to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Organize and manage online events and community activities.
• Provide training, guidance, and operational support to improve engagement and retention.
• Prepare reports and provide regular feedback to management.
• Handle daily operational tasks related to agencies, hosts, and platform activities.
• Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking teams and stakeholders when needed.

• Fluent Chinese is required.
• Good command of English is an add.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ACM operations, Customer Service (CS), Business Development, Community Management, User Operations, or Account Management within live streaming apps, social platforms, or entertainment applications.
• Familiarity with voice/chat-based social applications and virtual gifting systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
