Talent Hub is an HR agency specializing in recruitment, employer branding, and HR process design for iGaming, gambling, betting, fintech, IT, and adjacent industries. The agency assists companies in building teams from the ground up, scaling during growth periods, and finding specialists. CoreStar is a major iGaming holding currently looking for a Head of VIP.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage VIP players;
• Lead and motivate a team of VIP managers or account managers;
• Build strong, personalized relationships with VIP players;
• Set and monitor KPIs for the VIP department and individual team members;
• Use data to understand player behavior, identify opportunities, and optimize performance;
• Manage VIP programs, bonuses, and special events to enhance player experience and loyalty;
• Manage the VIP department's budget and resources;
• Provide regular reports on VIP performance to senior management.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Head of VIP or Team Leader in the iGaming industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships;
• Strong negotiation skills to manage player expectations and offer appropriate incentives;
• Good understanding of the iGaming industry and its products;
• Proficient in English and potentially other languages relevant to the target market;
• English B2.
