The company develops an international iGaming platform that provides B2B services to various clients.
задачи
- Manage day-to-day communication with B2B clients;
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, CRM, Payments, Risk, QA, and Support teams to address business needs;
- Oversee onboarding processes, platform launches, and feature rollouts;
- Track client requests, tasks, and delivery progress;
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities;
- Prepare account updates and maintain clear documentation.
требования
- Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar B2B role;
- Experience in iGaming, SaaS, fintech, payments, crypto, or digital platforms;
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to translate business needs into structured internal requirements;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: Experience with casino, sportsbook, CRM, payment systems, or B2B iGaming platforms.
