• Develop and implement the dealer network development strategy for Uzbekistan
• Identify and evaluate potential cities, regions, locations, and dealer partners for network expansion
• Conduct market research and analyze regional sales potential, customer demand, competition, and business opportunities
• Prepare business cases and recommendations for new dealerships, showrooms, and other sales points
• Manage the process of opening new network locations, from initial assessment through launch
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential dealer and business partners
• Negotiate commercial and operational terms with potential partners in coordination with management and relevant departments
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential dealer partners
• Monitor dealer performance against agreed commercial and operational targets
• Identify performance gaps and develop action plans with dealers and internal teams
• Conduct regular visits to dealerships and network locations across Uzbekistan
• Support dealers in improving sales performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and brand compliance
• Collect market feedback from dealers and communicate key findings to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience working with dealers, distributors, partners, or multi-location retail networks
• Strong understanding of the automotive and retail market in Uzbekistan
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market and financial analysis
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Ability to prepare business cases, reports, presentations, and development plans
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel regularly across Uzbekistan
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Uzbek — fluent
• Russian — fluent
• English — intermediate/upper-intermediate or higher
