Following a merger with DoorDash in 2022, the organization continues to expand its global presence while focusing on creating technology that provides convenience and earnings opportunities for local communities.
задачи
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to ensure high performance and target achievement;
- Take full responsibility for country-level restaurant performance, including growth, retention, and partner success metrics;
- Drive revenue and business growth by supporting the team in negotiating and closing strategic partnerships;
- Guide the team in building long-term relationships with restaurant partners to identify expansion opportunities;
- Monitor and improve venue performance through data analysis, regular reviews, and quality checks;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute restaurant partner campaigns;
- Analyze the local market to identify growth opportunities and risks;
- Track competitor activities and translate insights into actionable strategies;
- Establish and optimize account management processes and best practices.
требования
- Solid experience in a key account management or similar commercial role;
- Proven people leadership experience in a senior country-level commercial role, ideally overseeing a restaurant or commercial team;
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to guide complex deals;
- Analytical and structured approach, with proficiency in using dashboards and spreadsheets for decision-making;
- Excellent relationship-building skills to collaborate across Marketing, Operations, and Support;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: Azerbaijani.
