- Develop business focused on the public sector in Spain and Portugal;
- Represent and sell the entire portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customers;
- Establish personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client executives;
- Research and understand the client's industry;
- Shape deals early in the sales cycle and advance opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth;
- Grow end-user engagement;
- Open direct accounts or route deals through the channel;
- Develop SI/VAR relationships when needed;
- Drive projects to success throughout the complete sales cycle;
- Develop relationships with technology partners;
- Identify, nurture, and close new solution opportunities to increase market share, revenues, and margin;
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin quotas using margin management techniques.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the high-tech industry;
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage solutions to enterprise and Fortune-1000 companies;
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies;
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers;
- Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, and time/territory management;
- Experience entering, tracking, and reporting data on lead activity;
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a desire for professional growth;
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate evening work with US teams;
- Nice to have: Proficiency in an additional language.
