Listen Labs is an AI research platform that conducts in-depth interviews, analyzes conversations, and delivers executive-ready insights to help companies understand their customers and make product, marketing, and growth decisions.

• Own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts
• Partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities
• Provide proactive guidance and support to maximize customer value
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
• Develop and refine customer success playbooks as the company scales

• 4–8 Years of professional experience
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
• Excited to build the European presence of a fast-growing AI company
