Corporate banker in the rehabilitation sector

We have an active vacancy in the Corporate Business Rehabilitation Sector for the position of Corporate Banker.

• Study each corporate client in the sector, systematically analyze their requirements and needs, and make tailored offers based on this analysis;
• Continuously maintain a high standard of service for corporate clients, ensuring that they are served promptly and effectively;
• Communicate regularly with existing clients and take care to offer and provide diversified products tailored to them;
• Represent clients' interests and act as a strategic advisor on banking and financial matters;
• Build a team of people with the necessary qualifications;
• Clearly define employees' responsibilities and roles, and effectively allocate ongoing work;
• Assess the quality of team members' work, support them in their ongoing activities, and continuously focus on their development;
• Take care of portfolio quality;
• Ensure strong coordination with the bank's various structural units;
• Participate in portfolio planning on a quarterly and annual basis and ensure effective execution of the plan;
• Respond promptly and effectively to the direct manager's assignments.

• Higher education in finance or business administration (CFA and/or MBA will be considered an advantage);
• At least 4 years of experience working in a bank;
• Knowledge of English and Russian;
• Knowledge of office software;
• Knowledge of the bank's structure and allocation of functions;
• Knowledge of banking legislation;
• Knowledge of banking products and processes, and tariffs.
