• Monitor and analyze the profitability of clients and client groups, and prepare relevant recommendations.
• Analyze the client base — activity, Monthly Active Users, acquisition, churn, retention, cross-sell, and other key metrics.
• Assess the financial effectiveness of new initiatives, offers, and campaigns — business case, unit economics, break-even, and ROI.
• Participate in setting financial and commercial targets and monitor their achievement.
• Process large volumes of data and prepare analytical insights and recommendations based on them.
• Present complex analyses in a simple, structured format focused on decision-making.
• Improve and automate analytical processes.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to understand financial and commercial data.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities effectively.
• Ability to communicate complex issues simply and structurally.
• Proactive approach and desire to identify new opportunities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Power BI and SQL.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
