Commercial operations specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations within a global company. You'll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating approvals, maintaining contract data, and supporting commercial processes that require accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with documents and structured processes, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.

• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and contract amendments
• Coordinate approvals with customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate contract and opportunity information in internal systems
• Support invoicing and contract administration activities
• Resolve billing and documentation-related queries in collaboration with internal teams
• Support Sales representatives with day-to-day commercial operations
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across systems and documentation

• Completed higher education (Bachelor / Master)
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• English at Intermediate level or higher
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation
• Strong written communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Comfortable working with structured processes and recurring tasks
