Client digital adviser in banking

Ameriabank is looking for motivated and creative people with excellent communication skills to handle various reception functions in the lobby of the branch office.

• Meet and greet visitors, provide on-site advice
• Direct the visitors to the relevant front-line staff/units depending on their needs; receive, sort and send documents and letters on a daily basis
• Respond to the customer inquiries concerning the Bank products and services, as well as their fees and rates
• Manage queues
• Accompany customers to the safe deposit lockers vault for the customers to use the lockers
• Update the data in the system, activate various services provided by the bank and make changes as the case may require
• Open new cards, card accounts and accept respective applications
• Accept other applications and requests
• Accept payment documents related to the payment cards
• Create and check packages of supporting documents for daily transactions
• Perform other duties defined under internal regulations of the Bank and assigned by the manager

• University degree

• Будет плюсом: Work experience is a plus; Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AS Bank will be an advantage; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
