- Manage administrative tasks for our Amazon account, including Shipment Creation, inventory management, and customer support.
- Handle case management with Amazon support for issues such as shipping delays, product listings, and customer feedback resolution.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and similar tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English.
