• Assist the Sales team in pitching products to enterprise and wholesale customers, and manage any post-sales requirement changes or delivery adjustments.
• Capture and analyze customer needs through dedicated workshops, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Architect technical solutions that align with customer requirements, internal product capabilities, and operational readiness.
• Address non-standard customer requests by adapting existing products or sourcing tailored solutions from external parties.
• Prepare accurate price and cost calculations for all customized solution designs.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless solution design, implementation, and ongoing technical support.
• Manage local vendors and partners to procure hardware and services for customer-specific needs and general products.
• Adapt global products for the local market and launch new local products, handling process design, documentation, and personnel training.
• Strictly adhere to corporate information security policies, safeguard computing assets, and report security incidents according to defined procedures.
• Execute structured working plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) set by management and provide regular progress reports.

• University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the data networking and IT industry, security, datacentre services, cloud and/or IT industry.
• Good product knowledge on SD-WAN, IPVPN, EVPN, Datacentre Services, Cloud, Security IPLC, Internet, IDC and other IP related services.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of English written and verbal.
