• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans for retail channels, Modern Trade (MT), and retail chains.
• Act as the lead Key Account Manager (KAM) for top-tier retail groups and major accounts.
• Manage local Cash & Carry distributors to optimize coverage and market penetration across target regions.
• Lead, coach, and empower frontline sales representatives to achieve revenue, growth, and collection KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, market analysis, and sales coaching to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute in-store promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Ensure all commercial activities fully comply with Saudi tax regulations and commercial laws.

• 3–5 years of progressive sales management experience in Saudi Arabia Retail or Modern Trade.
• Direct experience with major coatings or building material manufacturers (e.g., Jotun, AkzoNobel, or equivalents).
• Proven track record of managing key relationships with major retailers (e.g., SACO, Danube, Extra, etc.).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Outstanding negotiation, leadership, strategy execution, and high-performance sales mindset.
• Must hold a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel regionally as required.
