Business development manager in technology

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, driving sales and optimizing results.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve market penetration and share of wallet.
• Lead negotiations for key tenders and major deals.
• Provide structured guidance and commercial support to internal teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, increasing loyalty and profitability.
• Collaborate with suppliers' operations, sales, and marketing teams.
• Support the teams under your responsibility and the Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.

• Extensive sales experience and knowledge.
