• Build and manage a validated pipeline for technical and integrated facility services in the Dutch real estate market and among its stakeholders, including an annual sales target
• Submit proposals to clients, present them, and contract with them
• Coordinate and motivate internal colleagues, bringing together CBRE professionals to win assignments
• Build and maintain market relationships and develop winning proposals that address prospective clients’ critical business issues
• Develop CBRE’s presence in the Dutch market

• An active network in the technical maintenance sector, specifically in the facilities and/or technical market
• HBO-level work and thinking ability
• At least 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
• A track record of winning proposals
• Knowledge of technical and facilities management services, financial knowledge, and interest in current market innovations
• Strong command of Dutch and English
• A large network and residence in the Greater Amsterdam/Utrecht region
