- Build a prospect portfolio in logistics, hospitality, retail, and agriculture
- Develop outbound strategies using tools such as Salesloft, Lusha, Apollo, and Clay
- Give demos and pitch meetings using the SPICED methodology
- Guide new customers during their first 1–3 months on the platform
- Study labor-market and legal trends to become an expert for customers
- Build a customer portfolio and take ownership of results
- Run full-cycle sales, including cold outreach
требования
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a comparable field
- Be confident presenting and communicating with different stakeholders
- Be interested in technology, marketplaces, or the future of work
- Speak Dutch and English fluently
- Будет плюсом: 1+ year of experience as a BDR/SDR or AE, experience setting up an outbound sales strategy
