Cloud catalog and product analyst

The Cloud Catalog and Product Management Team is part of Cloud Operations. The team is responsible for maintaining vendor catalogs and product portfolios across internal systems and platforms, as well as supporting the onboarding of new vendors across the EMEA region. The Cloud Catalog and Product Analyst will support catalog maintenance activities and projects for multiple vendors. The role will focus on reducing errors, improving data quality, and supporting the implementation of new operational processes.

• Analyze product data and support process improvement activities to increase operational efficiency.
• Use ticketing tools to manage and resolve catalog-related queries from EMEA countries.
• Support the deployment of new operational processes for different vendors.
• Maintain, manage, and continuously improve catalog data quality.
• Support on AI initiatives and automation tools designed to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the onboarding of new Cloud vendors when required.

• Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in analytical tools, including data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, and BI/reporting tools.
• Будет плюсом: Experience with e-commerce platforms and SAP is a plus; Understanding of the IT software, services, or SaaS industry is an advantage; Experience in the IT channel, Pan-European distribution, or software vendor environments is beneficial; Familiarity with ticketing tools, such as Freshdesk, is a plus
