Business development manager in renewable energy

Nomad Electric Group is a leading provider of comprehensive EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) services for large-scale renewable energy projects. The Group also develops specialized business areas covering wind energy (Nomad Wind) and power grid infrastructure (Nomad Grid), carrying out projects involving the construction and modernization of medium- and high-voltage grids and the installation and servicing of onshore wind farms.

• Conducting market research and collecting and verifying information and offers to support business decision-making,
• Identifying potential investors and buyers of the Company's services, as well as suppliers and distributors, in line with defined business needs,
• Contacting potential suppliers to obtain offers and verify the availability and scope of the products and services offered,
• Presenting suppliers' offers to the Company and presenting Nomad Electric's EPC offer to contractors,
• Conducting commercial negotiations and agreeing on terms of cooperation with suppliers,
• Representing the Company at trade fairs, conferences and networking meetings, and actively building a network of business contacts,
• Supporting the process of concluding contracts between the Company and suppliers and, if necessary, monitoring the fulfilment of the resulting obligations.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the energy sector, renewable energy or technical services/solutions,
• Ability to independently manage the entire sales process—from market analysis, through acquiring a client and preparing an offer, to signing a contract,
• Technical education; preferred fields: electrical engineering, energy, IT or telecommunications,
• Very good negotiation, communication and presentation skills,
• Strong focus on building relationships and customer satisfaction,
• Proactivity, ability to work in a dynamic environment and a results-oriented approach,
• Fluent spoken and written English. Ability to read technical specifications and conduct commercial and contract negotiations in English,
• Willingness to travel on business and a category B driving licence.
