Business development manager in payment orchestration

The Business Development Manager will represent tx.tech, focusing on expanding the company's merchant portfolio, and driving revenue growth within the payments and iGaming industries.

• Drive business development and promote tx.tech payment orchestration solutions;
• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants and strategic partners;
• Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, payment providers, and iGaming operators;
• Lead commercial discussions, product presentations, and negotiations;
• Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion;
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities;
• Represent tx.tech at international industry conferences and networking events;
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and long-term relationship development.

• Proven B2B business development experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming;
• Strong understanding of payment processing and the iGaming industry;
• Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and business development skills;
• Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities.
