задачи
Support Warsaw Law Office Partners in implementing the business development plan;
Manage the pipeline and delivery of Warsaw-led pitches and proposals;
Provide tailored input into significant international pitches;
Update and maintain capability statements;
Track market trends and opportunities for the practice or product;
Support initiatives to position and raise the profile of Warsaw Law Office and its lawyers;
Organise and manage BD client events, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and PR activities;
Assist with marketing communications projects, including directory and awards submissions;
Support the creation and distribution of thought leadership material and digital marketing campaigns;
Support the local implementation of firmwide client, product, and sector initiatives;
Coordinate day-to-day operational BD activities performed by the Warsaw BD team;
Coordinate the pitching process and directory submissions;
Collaborate with the fee-earning population globally to identify, pursue, and win revenue-generating opportunities;
Work with counterparts in other regions as a member of the global BD community;
Support the Head of BD, Marketing & Comms in implementing the office BD strategy.
требования
Previous experience in professional services business development, preferably in a law firm;
Strong interest in and understanding of the relevant work types;
Sound commercial awareness of legal market development;
Ability to develop advisory relationships with partners;
Strong project management and organisational skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Polish and English;
Ability to work as part of a team and with lawyers of all seniority levels;
Commitment to quality and attention to detail;
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
