• Manage a portfolio of major, complex clients
• Maintain and expand existing relationships, and identify new opportunities within client organizations
• Bring in new clients over time
• Meet clients on-site and build personal relationships
• Identify opportunities early, clarify client needs, and work with colleagues to provide suitable solutions
• Consider broader solutions beyond placing individual specialists
• Negotiate rates and terms
• Keep the pipeline and plans clear for the team

• Five to ten years of commercial experience in IT contracting or consultancy, with demonstrable results
• Experience with large business clients
• Proactive, self-starting approach and energy for building relationships
• Sufficient technical knowledge to discuss matters with IT managers
• Lives in or near Amsterdam
• Holds a category B driving license
• Fluent Dutch and good English

• Base salary of €50,000–€70,000 gross per year, depending on experience, plus an attractive bonus scheme
