Business development manager in health and beauty

We're looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in retail display and manufacturing, and an established network of contacts across the Health & Beauty sector, who can use those relationships to win business and grow major accounts across the UK and Europe. You'll be selling retail display and manufacturing solutions, including POP/POS, visual merchandising, shop-in-shop and retail fixtures, to major Health & Beauty brands and retailers.

• Win new business with major Health & Beauty brands and retailers across the UK and Europe.
• Develop existing relationships and grow key accounts.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Use your existing network to open doors and generate new business.
• Manage the sales process from initial client brief through to project delivery.
• Work closely with internal design, manufacturing and delivery teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.

• 10-15+ years B2B sales experience in retail display, POP/POS, visual merchandising, shop-in-shop, retail fixtures, shopfitting or related retail manufacturing.
• A proven track record of winning new business and developing major accounts.
• An established network of contacts across Health & Beauty brands and retailers.
• Experience selling consultative solutions involving multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Commercially driven, proactive and confident building relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Currently based in the UK or Europe.
• Currently selling into the Health & Beauty sector, with demonstrable experience working with Health & Beauty clients.

• Willing and able to travel regularly to meet clients across the UK and Europe.
