The company builds digital payments and financial infrastructure, powering high-growth, multi-currency, and crypto payment operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on high-risk verticals.

• Source and engage new payment partners, Visa/MC principal members, and banking institutions
• Manage the full lifecycle from sourcing and KYB due diligence to technical integration and launch
• Analyze PSPs, acquirers, and banks to optimize pricing, routing, and commercial terms
• Oversee bank account structures, including vIBANs and Nostro/Vostro, and manage settlement flows with Liquidity Providers
• Track negotiations, monitor banks’ risk appetites, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM/Confluence

• 5+ Years of experience in business development, partnerships, or payments
• Practical experience with Visa/Mastercard principals, scheme rules, interchange, and acquiring models
• Deep understanding of institutional bank accounts, including safeguarding, Nostro/Vostro, and vIBANs
• Hands-on knowledge of Liquidity Providers, cross-border FX execution, and treasury mechanisms
• Experience with bank-side workflows, institutional KYB, and risk appetite criteria
• Familiarity with EMI clearing rails, including SEPA and SWIFT, and proficiency in Pipedrive, Jira, and Confluence
• Elite negotiation and commercial reasoning skills
• Fluent English
