задачи
- Identify and segment target clients;
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for each segment, including priorities, channels, and pitch;
- Search for and reach out directly to decision-makers;
- Conduct initial negotiations;
- Attend business events, conferences, and industry meetings in Georgia, with possible travel;
- Manage CRM, including pipeline, statuses, and communication history;
- Analyze results and report monthly on what works and what does not;
- Adjust the strategy based on analysis.
требования
- Reside in Georgia;
- Georgian is mandatory;
- Fluent Russian;
- English at Intermediate level or higher;
- 3+ Years of experience in sales or BizDev;
- Strategic thinking and ability to understand where the money is and how to reach it;
- Nice to have: experience in fintech, crypto, or payment services, own network in auto, real estate, or gambling industry, understanding of crypto market specifics in Georgia.
