Business development manager in automotive trade

As a Business Development Manager, your goal is to expand the company's market. This involves entering new regions and strengthening relationships with existing and potential customers. This department focuses on supporting our B2B partners in selling cars online. • You develop project plans and prepare onboarding, piloting, and rollout together with sales colleagues and management.
• You monitor project progress and report it to management.
• You prepare presentations and offers for potential new customers.
• You independently manage and implement customer-related projects.
• You analyze and assess existing customer processes and improve them with the goal of generating growth and creating efficiency, both internally and externally.
• You act as the liaison between local sales and local departments, as well as the European headquarters, the customer, and external service providers where applicable.
• Together with your sales colleagues, you regularly contact your existing customers to identify their current needs and implement new products, processes, or services.

• You have completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or economics.
• You have experience in project management. You also have several years of professional experience in sales, ideally with experience in remarketing or corporate business, and you bring a relevant industry network.
• You have a strong feel for numbers and excellent analytical skills.
• You also have outstanding sales skills, which you have already successfully demonstrated and can substantiate with concrete results.
