Libertex Group is an international fintech company that develops online trading technology. Its Libertex platform provides access to stocks and CFDs based on commodities, Forex, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and other underlying assets.

• Source partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, conferences, financial bloggers, local consultants, and training centers across the CIS and among international English-speaking partners;
• Negotiate partnership terms through to a signed agreement;
• Support each partner through to their first result, when their clients start trading;
• Grow existing partners by increasing their volume;
• Maintain CRM and reporting to a standard that supports decision-making;
• Feed market feedback back to the team, including competitor terms that are costing deals;
• Set the standard for the new partnerships function.

• Experience working with IB partners or within a broker's partnerships function;
• Experience building a client base as an introducing broker or running an agent network;
• Experience developing a partnership program in financial markets;
• Fluent in English;
• Fluent in Russian;
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels;
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a positive attitude;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel;
• Knowledge of affiliate networks;
• Exceptional planning and project management skills;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
