• Monitor PSP balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for processing
• Analyze metrics across multiple payment solutions
• Reconcile daily transactions
• Manage settlements for PSPs without automated settlement processes
• Execute requested refunds using back-office applications
• Liaise with payment vendors on account openings, onboarding, updates, and compliance-related requests
• Support the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects
• Handle internal and external payment-related queries
• Collect monthly fees, reconcile invoices, and prepare reports

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
