Business development manager

Build your own book. Keep the upside. Do you have an iGaming network and want to turn it into a business selling engineering and technology services? This role is built for that. IAMOPS helps technology companies scale with DevOps and cloud services. We already support iGaming operators and suppliers in production. We're growing iGaming business development through several independent portfolio owners, not a central sales team. Each BDM builds and owns their own client portfolio. IAMOPS engineering, solution architects and delivery teams back every deal.

• Find and open conversations with founders, CTOs and VPs of Engineering across the iGaming ecosystem
• Turn industry events (ICE, Sigma, iGB, SBC and others) into qualified meetings
• Lead commercial conversations from first meeting through proposal, negotiation and signature, with a solution architect handling technical discovery
• Stay the client's commercial owner after signature: renewals, expansion and keeping the relationship strong
• Keep your pipeline and accounts current in the CRM

• 5+ years in B2B sales or account management selling to iGaming operators, suppliers or payment providers. You can name decision-makers you could call this week.
• you have sourced and closed B2B deals yourself.
• you build trust face to face and turn conferences into business. You travel often.
• you keep the clients you win and expand them over time.
• you can talk with technology leaders about uptime, scale, security and cloud cost. You don't need to be an engineer.
• you follow up consistently, keep your CRM accurate and own your results.
• fluent English required.
• Будет плюсом: Russian, Ukrainian, Polish or another CEE language is an advantage
