Business development manager

CHINT is a global leader in smart energy solutions, delivering innovative Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) technologies to utilities, grid operators, and industrial customers worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and highly connected Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth within Poland's power grid sector and strengthen partnerships with key transmission and distribution operators.

• Develop and manage relationships with major Polish transmission and distribution operators
• Identify, develop and convert business opportunities into profitable projects and orders
• Support the qualification and approval of CHINT products within customer vendor and product approval processes
• Promote and develop business opportunities across CHINT's Medium Voltage and High Voltage portfolio
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and upcoming utility projects
• Collaborate closely with regional and international teams to deliver winning customer solutions

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the T&D, utility, or power grid sector
• Strong technical knowledge of Medium Voltage and High Voltage electrical equipment
• Established network and relationships within Polish utility companies
• Experience working with or selling to organizations such as PSE, PGE, Tauron, Enea, Energa, or E.ON
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional
• Fluent Polish and professional English
