Business development executive in iGaming

Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Business Development Executive? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities
• Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities
• Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in business development/sales, or account management
• Knowledge of the English language is required
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
• Knowledge of CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools
• Open to travel for business meetings and industry events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-driven and highly motivated
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Persuasive with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
