Freenow by Lyft operates a multi-mobility app across 9 European markets and more than 180 cities, offering taxis, private hire vehicles, carsharing, car rental, e-scooters, e-bikes, e-mopeds, and public transport. The company is expanding into healthcare by building a platform for hospitals and medical institutions.

• Research and map the German hospital and healthcare market, identifying relevant institutions, decision-makers, and operational challenges;
• Design and run pilots with individual institutions, gathering data and feedback to refine the approach before scaling;
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation, ensuring hospitals are set up successfully and issues are resolved quickly;
• Translate market and client insights into recommendations for Product and Operations;
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management covering project progress, market trends, and strategic recommendations.

• 3+ Years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or a related field;
• Fluency in German and English;
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build an approach from scratch without an established playbook or network;
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
• Nice to have: experience in the healthcare sector.
