- Develop and expand business in the German market;
- Prospect and acquire new clients;
- Conduct regular commercial visits to distributors, garden centers, associations, and professional clients;
- Manage and retain the client portfolio;
- Identify new business opportunities and open new commercial channels;
- Prepare and follow up on commercial offers;
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
требования
- 4-5 Years of experience in sales and business development roles;
- High level of German and English;
- Residency in Germany or willingness to relocate to Germany;
- Knowledge of the German market and business environment;
- Availability for frequent travel within Germany and occasional travel to the headquarters in La Rambla, Spain;
- Valid B-type driver's license;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems (CRM, ERP);
- Dynamic and autonomous professional with strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills;
- Nice to have: Proficiency in Spanish.
