задачи
- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and cold calling;
- Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to contract closing;
- Conduct pitches and product demonstrations for medical facilities;
- Consult with decision-makers such as practice owners, doctors, and administrative managers;
- Negotiate contracts and develop tailored solutions based on the product portfolio;
- Analyze sales data and manage the funnel efficiently to meet KPIs;
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to provide market and customer feedback.
требования
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or FinTech;
- Proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation;
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and empathetically;
- High level of motivation, discipline, and resilience;
- Systematic and structured working style with a focus on understanding customer needs;
- Fluent German (C2) and solid English skills;
- Not suitable for candidates who prefer inbound leads, dislike cold calling, or require a highly structured environment with little autonomy;
- Nice to have: Drive and learning hunger.
