задачи
- Provide insights into the European distribution system operator (DSO) landscape, including regulations, technology trends, competitors, and buying centers, and translate these into a clear business strategy;
- Define and prioritize target customers and white-space opportunities in Germany and other European growth markets;
- Build and qualify new pipeline with DSOs and manage enterprise software sales processes from discovery and solution scoping to business case, commercial proposals, and negotiation support;
- Develop the partner ecosystem, including consulting firms, system integrators, and software providers, particularly within the Esri and SAP ecosystems, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives;
- Execute go-to-market strategies and represent the company at key European industry events, regulatory forums, and customer conferences;
- Establish commercial KPIs, maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM, and provide decision-ready reporting to management.
требования
- 5+ Years of relevant professional experience in business development, enterprise sales, consulting, strategy, or product management with a proven track record of complex B2B deals;
- Proven experience in the utility sector, including knowledge of DSO processes such as grid documentation/GIS, grid planning, grid connection, asset management, and grid operation;
- Deep understanding of energy transition and grid digitalization core topics;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot);
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) with the ability to conduct customer meetings and create documentation in both languages;
- Willingness to travel within Germany, to European growth markets, and occasionally to Norway;
- Nice to have: Coaching and individual development opportunities, experience in a growing green-tech environment.
