CreateIT operates in the fintech sector, focusing on payment solutions and strategic partnerships with banks, payment service providers, agents, and large merchants.

• Manage and develop relationships with banks, PSPs, agents and large merchants;
• Build long-term partnerships with senior executives and key decision-makers;
• Identify and onboard new strategic partners across the region;
• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs and joint partnership initiatives;
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth;
• Lead complex negotiations and support deals through to completion;
• Represent the company at industry conferences and professional events;
• Build and expand the company’s regional partner network;
• Contribute to the partnership strategy together with senior management;
• Work closely with compliance, product and operations teams;
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure measurable business outcomes.

• At least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development or key account management;
• Experience within payment solutions, payment systems, PSPs or fintech;
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships;
• Strong commercial and relationship-management skills;
• Experience negotiating complex agreements at C-level;
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results;
• Systematic and proactive approach to partnership development;
• Fluent English;
• Fluency in Russian is a significant advantage;
• Current residence in Cyprus is mandatory;
• Nice to have: established network within the payment or fintech industry, experience working with banks, merchants, payment agents or PSPs, experience representing a company at international industry events, understanding of payment operations, compliance and regulatory processes.
