G2M provides Voice AI products for various industries, including banking, debt collection, and insurance.
задачи
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects in target verticals;
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo/pitch, negotiation, and closing;
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quota;
- Leverage and expand personal network to generate warm introductions and qualified leads;
- Stay current on local market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations;
- Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings;
- Provide market and customer feedback to the COO and product team;
- Report on pipeline status, forecasts, and deal progress;
- Develop deep understanding of the Voice AI product to position it against client pain points;
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in direct B2B sales with a track record of sourcing and closing deals;
- Prior experience selling technology products, ideally AI, voice/conversational AI, SaaS, or similar tech-enabled solutions;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Uzbek and English;
- Comfortable working independently and owning the full sales cycle;
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems and sales technologies;
- Strong prioritization and execution skills;
- Fluent in Uzbek and English;
- Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
