B2B business sales representative for AI automation

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Sales Specialist to help us expand our client base. You will be at the forefront of our growth, connecting with businesses that desperately need to streamline their operations through AI and automation. Because we operate without a strict schedule, you will have the absolute freedom to manage your own time, pipelines, and outreach strategies.

• Identify businesses and decision-makers who would benefit from custom AI agents and workflow automation.
• Clearly communicate how ALAVANI’s solutions save time, reduce manual effort, and accelerate task turnaround.
• Promote our core hook to get potential clients on the phone and into our sales pipeline.
• Track your leads, follow up consistently, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to closed deal.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure client needs are perfectly aligned with the custom architectures we can build.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
• You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder. You are disciplined, organized, comfortable with flexible environment and can easily adapt in understanding our services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You know how to craft compelling emails and hold confident, persuasive discovery calls.
• Georgian and English.

• No fixed salary (100% performance-based).
