• Identify and contact prospective organizations
• Build relationships with fundraising managers and decision-makers
• Develop new sales opportunities and partnerships
• Organize meetings, presentations, and small events
• Advise organizations on fundraising payments and digital solutions
• Share insights from the Finnish market with the team
• Build OnlineFundraising’s presence in Finland and influence how the market is developed

• Know the Finnish nonprofit and fundraising sector and enjoy building relationships
• Have experience in fundraising or nonprofit work
• Have a strong network in the Finnish nonprofit sector
• Enjoy sales and creating new opportunities
• Be comfortable using software and advising others on how to use it
• Work independently and comfortably with digital solutions
• Speak fluent Finnish and work comfortably in English
