Art sales & business development consultant

NONFORMART is an independent contemporary art and curatorial platform based in Tbilisi, Georgia, connecting selected artists with collectors and international audiences through art sales, advisory, and curatorial projects. We are seeking an independent, commercially driven individual to introduce new collectors, develop sales opportunities, and expand NONFORMART’s reach in local and international markets.

• Identify and introduce prospective collectors, private buyers, and corporate clients through professional networks and targeted outreach.
• Develop sales opportunities in local and international markets.
• Initiate and arrange meetings with prospective clients, presenting selected artist portfolios and artworks.
• Collaborate with NONFORMART’s founder on sales approaches and commercial opportunities.
• Support negotiations and facilitate successful artwork sales within approved commercial terms.
• Develop long-term collector relationships and repeat business.

• Proven sales experience and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercial intelligence, creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking.
• Confidence in approaching prospective clients and developing new business.
• Experience in high-value transactions and/or luxury sales. Private client relations is an advantage.
• An existing network of potential buyers or collectors is highly valued.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in the art industry is not required.

• Independent, flexible, remote collaboration involving online and in-person client meetings where feasible.
• The consultant will work directly with NONFORMART’s founder to pursue mutually agreed commercial opportunities.
• Compensation is commission-based, with terms agreed individually in advance.
