• Identify and onboard new suppliers, primarily tour and experience providers and attractions;
• Manage the entire sales funnel, including outreach, negotiation, closing, and onboarding, to consistently hit and exceed quota;
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier acquisition with broader business goals and ensure sustainable growth;
• Represent GetYourGuide at relevant industry events to drive acquisition and establish credibility;
• Travel regularly, up to 25%, to build supplier relationships in destinations and create long-term partnerships.

• 3+ Years of experience in B2B sales;
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
• Experience running a disciplined, data-driven sales process;
• Confident use of sales tools and software, including CRM such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools;
• Resilience, ambition, and ability to perform under pressure;
• Native-level proficiency in at least one Nordic language;
• Proficiency in English;
• Ability to handle objections, reframe conversations with insights, and close challenging deals;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to prioritize actions and inform decisions;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate value propositions to diverse audiences;
• Ability to collaborate with peers, share best practices, and support team development.
