Sales Manager

Anker Amsterdam Spirits is an independent importer, distributor, and brand builder in the Dutch and European drinks market. For over 35 years, it has brought international premium brands to market and serves wholesalers, supermarkets, liquor stores, hospitality suppliers, and e-commerce platforms across Europe. The company is part of B&S, an international consumer goods trading and distribution company specializing in sourcing, warehousing, distribution, digital commerce, and brand development.

• Act as the first point of contact for existing relationships and actively develop new business in the markets within the portfolio;
• Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, marketing, and sales colleagues;
• Visit customers and trade fairs in assigned markets to monitor developments and respond proactively;
• Purposefully expand assigned markets and sell the company’s full proposition while securing the best deal;
• Build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

• Completed higher professional or university degree in a commercial field;
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and willing to take initiative;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Enjoys collaboration and a dynamic commercial environment;
• Comfortable making phone calls to create business opportunities;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the drinks market and/or international trade.
